We want you to love what you ordered. But if something's not right, we've made returns about as painless as possible.
The Short Version
Most items bought directly from our site can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. You don't need to explain why. Maybe the color wasn't what you expected. Maybe you bought it as a gift and the recipient already has one. Maybe you just changed your mind. All good.
How It Works
Go to our returns portal and enter your order number. You'll get a prepaid shipping label to print out. Pack everything back up in its original packaging if you still have it — but don't stress if you don't. Just make sure the product is in resellable condition.
Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within about two weeks. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Shipping fees aren't refunded, and the cost of the prepaid label gets deducted from your total refund amount.
A Few Things to Know
International orders are final sale. We can't process returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the continental US.
If you placed a large order — over $300 — there's a return fee that applies. It's just how it works when you're shipping bulk quantities back and forth. All items in these orders need to be in resellable condition.
If you're between 30 and 60 days from your order date, you're still eligible for store credit. Just start the return process the same way.
Bought It Somewhere Else?
If your item came from an authorized retailer, Amazon, or a physical store, contact that seller directly for a refund or replacement. We can't process returns for products we didn't sell directly. And if you bought from an unauthorized reseller, we unfortunately can't help — we have no way to verify those products or process replacements.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If something arrives damaged or you got the wrong thing entirely, contact us through our website's contact form. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
